We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by contacting us as soon a possible.
It’s important to reach out to us for a return address. It’s ok to use our printing service as the return address that comes in your package but we appreciate good communication to help get your refund in a timely.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for size exchanges are available but a new sale will take place with the agreed cost difference and new shipping fee.
Any original art work (commissions) require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the quoted price. Shipping fees vary by size of art work and location distance. Contact us for any questions and thank you for your support!
